The APPG on Pharmacy held an evidence session on community pharmacy in the devolved nations of the UK. The Group heard from community pharmacy leaders in the devolved administrations on their strategies and objectives for community pharmacy. The session led to a set of recommendations for the pharmacy minister based on examples of best practice. Following session, Sir Kevin Barron MP, Chair of the APPG, wrote to the Minster for Public Health and Primary Care Seema Kennedy, stating out the key recommendations that arose from the evidence given.
