The All-Party Parliamentary Group on Pharmacy has paid tribute to Sir David Amess MP, long standing member and officer of the group.
Chair of the APPG Pharmacy, Jackie Doyle-Price MP said:
“As part of the enormous amount of dedicated and wonderful work Sir David Amess undertook as a parliamentarian, he was a long-standing supporter of, and advocate for, the pharmacy community and of the work of the All-Party Pharmacy Group on which he served. The pharmacy sector has lost an enthusiastic champion. Everyone is shocked by the manner of his death. Our thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones. We will all miss him hugely”.
